Saturday, July 5^th will be the Official Family Reunion Day. We will begin the day at 9:00 AM MDT (NOTE: all times are MOUNTAIN Daylight Time) at the Nenzel Community Building. The Village of Nenzel celebrated 100 years of being an incorporated town in 1999 so at this Reunion we will celebrate 109 years of family roots at Nenzel, Nebraska. We will celebrate our roots in the community throughout the day by taking photos of family groups, sharing stories & family albums (that you bring), updating the family tree (bring info), viewing the Nenzel Centennial History video, enjoying a Sandhills Spirit of the West campfire supper, and celebrating the 4th of July (Bring Your Own fireworks).

HI – TEC UPGRADE
This year we are going “Hi Tec”! All of the Reunion details along with the registration form are on-line. Sorry, we are not set up to handle registration payments by credit card. Registration payments will have to be done the “old fashioned” way by sending them via the United States Postal Service. Please follow the 'links' and the 'click here's' below for additional information regarding the registration form, schedule for the day, t-shirts, lodging, and the on-line Nenzel – Nollette genealogical chart. (Please refer to the postcard you received via the US Postal Service for the User Name and Password information you will need to access this part of the Nenzel.com website.)

NENZEL.COM WEBSITE
Thanks to David Nenzel (grandson of Albert Peter Nenzel and great-grandson of George Nenzel, the founder of the town of Nenzel, Nebraska) of Qualicum Beach, BC, Canada, the world now has access to the “Nenzel.com” website. He has registered the “Nenzel.com” domain and has developed this website for the Village of Nenzel. While here, be sure to check out the history of Nenzel.

He also has a Nenzel – Nollette Genealogical Chart on the Nenzel.com website. As you can see, there are many 'missing branches and leaves' on the genealogy chart. Your help in supplying the missing branches and leaves will be greatly appreciated! MISCELLANEOUS If you are planning to spend more time in the area in addition to the Reunion, there are a number of exciting things that can be done in the Nenzel-Valentine area. Holiday weekends like the Fourth of July are popular times to visit Valentine. So be sure to make lodging reservations as soon as possible. The Fireworks Show at the Reunion will be whatever is donated by family members.
